Currently, problems in the chemical polymerization reaction apparatus includes that the dimension of reaction apparatus is big, the reaction efficiency is low, and the reaction is insufficient. To resolve abovementioned problems and provide a heat exchanger reactor that can improve effectively reaction efficiency, make material sufficiently reacted, help improve products quality, and have compact structure and small dimensions, JX Equipment developed a new spiral heat exchanger reactor in January 2012 which has been successfully used in the polymerization reaction business. It was granted the utility model patent by SIPO of China on January 30, 2013.
